Hackwood Homes Limited (HHL) was established in the early 2000s with a team of just three employees. The business is headed up by Managing Director Chris Goddard with Paul Williams, Construction Director.
Chris and Paul began their relationship whilst serving as apprentices for the same building firm over 40 years ago and reunited many years later to form Hackwood Homes, having gained considerable experience in the construction industry.
They subsequently built Hackwood Homes into the industry leading contractor and developer business it is today. Based in Hampshire, the company has delivered complex, multi-million pound building projects from Torquay in the South West to Norwich in the East and throughout the Home Counties.
The company’s head office is based in Water-end, Old Basing, Hampshire with office space and warehouses accommodating our expanding office team and storage for plant, equipment and products enabling us to support our sites all over the central south.
The company currently employs 20 Head Office staff including management, operations, design, interiors, surveyors, site managers, technical, commercial, accounts, administration and sales. Hackwood also boasts a hard-working site team 45 strong.
In 2017 Hackwood Homes was ranked number 11 in The Sunday Times Fast Track 100 after four consecutive years of sustained growth.
